ICTC Knowledge Exchange Hub

Empowering Digital Media Literacy Across Canada

The Knowledge Exchange Hub is a nation-wide, one-stop platform created by the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC) to expand access to high-quality, free K-12 digital-skills and media-literacy resources.

A collaborative catalogue

The Hub brings together a growing network of trusted partners who have joined forces with ICTC to share their best content—because collaboration is essential in education. Courses developed and owned by ICTC can be requested and accessed directly on this platform, while resources created by our partners link you to their sites for easy, seamless access.

For educators

Discover ready-to-use lessons, self-paced courses, classroom projects, and professional-learning materials that map to provincial curricula. Every resource is vetted by ICTC for quality, safety, and classroom relevance, so you can integrate digital skills confidently into any subject or grade.

For partners

If your organization offers free, curriculum-aligned resources for K-12 learning, we invite you to reach a Canada-wide audience. Complete the Partner Registration Form at the bottom of this page to showcase your materials, amplify your impact, and collaborate with ICTC on raising digital-literacy standards across the country.

By curating trusted, no-cost content in one place, the Knowledge Exchange Hub helps teachers, students, and partners work together to build the digital competencies Canada needs for the future.
