Resources Submission Guidelines

1. Eligibility Criteria

Organizations interested in contributing resources should meet the following criteria:

  • Alignment with Educational Goals: Resources should support K–12 digital literacy, cybersecurity, or related STEM fields.

  • Quality Assurance: Materials must be accurate, up-to-date, and pedagogically sound.

  • Accessibility: Content should be accessible to a diverse range of learners, including considerations for language and learning needs.

  • Non-Commercial Nature: Submissions should be free of promotional content and not require payment to access.

2. Content Requirements

When preparing your resource for submission, please ensure it includes:

  • Title and Description: A clear, concise title and a brief overview of the resource's content and objectives.

  • Intended Audience: Specify the target audience (e.g., grade level, educators, parents).

  • Learning Outcomes: Outline the expected skills or knowledge learners will gain.

  • Format and Duration: Indicate the resource type (e.g., video, lesson plan) and estimated time to complete.

  • Language: State the language(s) in which the resource is available.

  • Curriculum Alignment: If applicable, detail how the resource aligns with provincial or national curricula.

3. Submission Process

To submit your resource:

  1. Complete the Partner Registration Form: Access the form here: ICTC Knowledge Exchange Hub Partner Registration.

  2. Provide Required Information: Fill in all necessary fields, including organization details and resource information.

  3. Upload Resource: Attach the resource file or provide a link to where it can be accessed.

  4. Review and Submit: Ensure all information is accurate before submitting the form.

4. Review and Approval

Upon submission, ICTC will review the resource to ensure it meets our quality and relevance standards. This process may take up to 10 business days. You will be notified of the outcome and any necessary revisions.

5. Post-Acceptance

Once approved, your resource will be:

  • Published on the Hub: Made accessible to educators and learners across Canada.

  • Promoted: Featured in newsletters, social media, and other communication channels.

  • Monitored: Usage statistics will be tracked to assess impact and inform future improvements. etalentcanada.ca
